Fortuna Elite Club Academy exam

Beginner: 20 points

Five criteria, 0 to 4 points each: understands the roles; builds a "fact then conclusion" speech; records votes correctly; tells a check from an opinion; follows the procedure. The pass mark for internal training is 14/20. This is a study grade, not a tournament rating.

Advanced: 20 points

Five criteria: two competing versions; choosing a check; analysing a sheriff conflict; counting the critical round; the ability to revise a position in public. Pass mark: 15/20.

Professional: 20 points

Five criteria: an agreed agreement; correct statics; recognising ambiguous dynamics; consistent play as a false sheriff; reconstructing the full protocol of a game. Pass mark: 16/20.

Host: a separate exam

The referee must, without prompts, run three model votes, explain five disputed cases with references to the approved rulebook, fill in the protocol and show neutral communication. Until the table of exact penalties has been checked against the official edition, the exam does not count as a normative certification.
