Sheriff: a useful check

What to do. Check not necessarily the loudest player but the one whose colour will resolve an important contradiction. After the check, recall who attacked this person, who defended them and who asked for them to be checked. The result of the check is exact; conclusions about related players are not.

How it sounds. I checked number 8 as red. That does not mean everyone who attacked them is black. But their arguments need to be checked again.

Exercise. Give the learner two competing versions of the black trio. They choose one check and explain its information value.
