Don: planning the first agreement
Why this matters. A good plan is clear to the whole team and leaves room to adapt.
What to do. In the time given, set a simple order of shots, agree who may play the false sheriff and how the backup signal is recognised. Make it reliable first, complicated later.
How it sounds. By gestures: "Target 4, then 7, then 1; on the signal we agreed in advance we move to the backup order."
Practice. Run ten agreements of 15 to 20 seconds each and measure the share carried out exactly.
Typical mistakes. Giving a code that only the don understands.
